They erased my Nurse Jackie episodes!

1. My name is Gregory House.
2. I'm a doctor. No, seriously. I am.
3. I'm head of diagnostics at Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, actually.
4. I have a double special in Infectious Disease and Nephrology.
5. I take on cases based on how interesting they are. Boring cases need not apply.
6. I've been told my methods are...unorthodox.
7. Some people say my bedside manner is lacking. They're right.
8. I'm not a people person.
9. Clinic duty is a punishment and Cuddy hates me. Obviously.
10. Yes, the Vicodin is a prescription. It's in my name, too.
11. It's a pain problem, not a pain management problem.
12. I have an interest in music. Piano and guitar, especially.
13. I'm in the market for a new BFF.

I bought a paid account for House's journal and I am in the process of revamping everything.

As such, things may be a bit hectic and messy here.

The colors look a bit funny. I think it's the blue that's doing it. Also the grey in the textbox. If anyone has any ideas on what might improve this, please feel free to tell me.

1. House is a jerk. No, really. He's cynical, sarcastic and in constant pain. On top of that, he thinks you're an idiot. The feelings of the muses who interact with House will not be considered, because frankly? House doesn't care. Unless you're Wilson. Expect to be ridiculed about your intelligence (or lack thereof), appearance, personality, religion, political views, gender, sexual orientation and anything else you can think of. Anyone who interacts with House needs a clear ooc/ic line. I as a mun do not want to hurt your feelings. I am not trying to be mean. House is a jerk, and if you can't take it? Don't interact with him.

2. House is an addict. He pops pills like he was eating Skittles. He cannot function without Vicodin and he is prone to hit you in the face if you come between him and his pills. He is also not very subtle about his abuse of his pain medication. No, House does not want your help in coming clean.

3. In addition to his reliance on Vicodin, do not be surprised if House references other drugs and/or consumes massive amounts of alcohol.

4. House is not a conventional doctor. He does not like to see his patients, he is not in medicine to save lives, his answer is the most important thing and he will use unorthodox and even illegal methods to get his answer. House is not a doctor that receives "Thank you" cards and gifts, but he is unarguably the best at what he does.

5. House deals with his younger patients best. House has a way of getting down on their level without talking down to them.

6. Despite all the information in number 1 of this list, House needs people. This is something he will deny, but is pretty obvious to anyone who knows him well. And yes, he is incredibly upset about Wilson.

7. Because of number 6, House is a bit of a sucker for attention. If an attractive female gives him attention, he will happily accept it. Do not, do not, DO NOT mistake his flirting for anything serious. He wants to see your muse naked, that is probably as deep as it goes. He's still reeling from Stacy, he isn't in a hurry to have another relationship fall apart.

8. So! You have a House OC and you want to know if you can interact with House. The answer is: Yes. sixwordstories is a loose, free-for-all and I have no problem with your OC tagging House and he will reply. This does not mean your OC is part of House's world/canon outside of those posts. House's main verse at the moment is episodic. That means that House is canon. Casual play in sixwordstories' entries does not effect his history.
